AT A GLANCE
Choose a lock that fits the door and your daily routine. A feature list alone cannot confirm installation suitability.
Prepare a small door-photo set
Send the outside and inside of the full door, the existing handles and lock, and the door edge with the door open. Include the frame and any roof or porch sheltering the entrance. Avoid including house keys, visible access codes, people or unnecessary private details in the photographs.
Tell us whether the door is wood, metal or another material, its approximate thickness if known, and the way it opens. An initial photo review helps identify questions; it is not a final installation guarantee. A site inspection may still be needed.
Match the access methods to the people
List who will use the door: family members, tenants, staff or visitors. Discuss which entry methods they can comfortably use and who will administer permissions. DX11 Max is presented for selected entrances; the indoor fingerprint lever lock is intended for suitable interior doors. Do not assume their battery, app or access-management features are identical.
Ask to see the selected model demonstrated, including normal opening, closing and backup entry. If a feature is essential—such as a particular phone function or management workflow—have it confirmed for that model before committing.
Get the installation scope in writing
AROVENIQ provides installation services in Ghana. Standard installation is included after door-fit approval. Door alterations, reinforcement, welding, repainting or additional travel are not interchangeable with standard fitting: any required extra work and charges should be agreed before installation.
- Confirm the model, finish, quantity, door fit and quoted price.
- Agree installation location, scope and any separately approved work.
- Review the two-year limited warranty and the handover demonstration.
- For a fire-rated door or an escape route, obtain a qualified suitability review before alteration.
