These terms apply to the AROVENIQ Ghana website. A written quotation, receipt, installation record and warranty terms govern an actual order or service.

Website content is general product and service information. Availability, price, colour, exact configuration, App functions, accessories, door compatibility, installation scope, travel and timing must be confirmed in a written quotation before an order is accepted.
Customers must provide accurate door information and disclose relevant site conditions. Photographs and remote measurements support an initial assessment but do not replace inspection where an on-site check is reasonably required. No cutting, drilling or alteration should begin before the model and work scope are confirmed.
Only functions and specifications written for the selected model form part of an order. Lifestyle images are illustrative unless identified as an actual installation. Everyday splash resistance is not waterproofing and no IP rating is claimed. China patent documentation relating to mainboard or chip design is not Ghana product certification. AROVENIQ Ghana trademark approval is pending.
The written quotation states the included work and any exclusions. Extra carpentry, welding, reinforcement, repair, special materials, transport or out-of-area travel requires separate approval. Eligible products are supported under the published two-year limited-warranty and after-sales terms.
You may use the website for genuine product, installation, service or partnership enquiries. You must not interfere with the website, submit unlawful or misleading material, attempt unauthorised access, or copy AROVENIQ branding and original content for commercial use without permission.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that third-party services such as WhatsApp, mobile networks, Apps or cloud platforms will always operate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AROVENIQ is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused solely by use of this informational website. Nothing here excludes a right or remedy that Ghana law does not allow to be excluded.
