Buying from outside Ghana: what to confirm before ordering

Start with the destination and the door

Share your country, city, intended quantity and whether you are buying for a home, a business or resale. Add door photographs, material, approximate thickness and existing lock details. These basics help us determine whether we can discuss a suitable supply arrangement; a website enquiry is not an accepted international order.

AROVENIQ is based in Accra. Standard local installation does not mean an installer will travel overseas. Before buying for another country, identify a competent local installer and have them review the actual door and supplied model documentation.

Confirm the requirements for your market

Ask what documentation is available for the specific model, and confirm any local safety, import or building requirements with an appropriate local specialist. A patent is not a substitute for the certification your project may require. Do not infer overseas compliance from a Ghana-facing product page.

If a phone feature matters to your purchase, confirm the supported app, account setup, network needs and availability in the destination. Likewise, confirm the compatible battery-charging equipment. We do not publish blanket worldwide compatibility claims.

Agree the commercial details before payment

Request a written quotation that distinguishes product supply from transport, installation and support. Shipping availability, battery-transport arrangements, delivery estimates, duties and taxes require destination-specific confirmation. Do not book installation around an unconfirmed delivery date.
